Experience wise.all depend on speculative money in the market.if go above usd 5 billion,thn a lot of penny stock will boom big time.the year 2020 year is usd 20 billion speculative money.
Will say 20 percent return in 3 month time if market average to 40 percent return if market look ok.choose ur price.

Over the past 10 years, it only had positive ROE for 3 years. And of these, only one year was good with ROE > 10%. This is not a company I would dig deeper from a fundamental perspective
