东益电子保持乐观，要从几方面来成长：新产品在新科技的应用，和提高产品在智能产品，IOT，和汽车生态系统的市占率。开发中的传感器已量产。东益电子会提高产业链的价值和为主要的顾客开发新产品。预计在2018年会生产新产品。

This quarter profit margin was 24%, compared with last year 14%, YoY+76%. Revenue and net profit for the quarter was RM104.8m and RM25m, an increase of 124% and 291%, as compared to RM46.7m and RM6.4m last year. QoQ, net profit also increased 74%, from RM14m.

FY17, cash flow of 'Acquisition of property, plant and equipment' increased from RM8m to RM107m, an increased of 1173%. Malaysia customers contributed 66% in the total revenue.

Prospects:
They are optimistic and ready to deliver growth with the potential new products to be incorporated in the latest technological applications and further entrench their presence in the smart devices, IOT and automotive ecosystem. The developmental sensors are in mass production mode. The Group will escalate up the value chain and ride on the R&D initiatives in new products design and development with their key customers. It is expected to result in the manufacturing of additional new products in year 2018.
