[EKOVEST BHD,业务多元又稳定]

在2018年3月12日,怡克伟士宣布子公司EkoRiver Construction Sdn Bhd拿到了来自DBKL的批准信来改进和美化Package 2 - Taman Titiwangsa, KL, Federal Territoty of KL for the River of Life (ROL) Project (Phase 2)(http://www.bursamalaysia.com/…/company-announcements/5721253). 合约总值RM1.1亿(包GST),施工期是78周。

已拿到和River of Life有关的项目:
1)在2016年10月24日,子公司EkoRiver Construction Sdn Bhd拿到了来自DBKL的批准信来改进和美化River of Life项目,总值RM2.6亿。

2)在2016年11月8日,子公司EkoRiver Construction Sdn Bhd拿到了来自DBKL的批准信来改进和美化River of Life项目,总值RM1.6亿。

3)在2017年4月17日,子公司EkoRiver Construction Sdn Bhd拿到了来自DBKL的批准信来设计和建造在River of Life Precinct 7 - Masjid Jamek KL Zone的"Blue River Project",总值RM7900万。

这4个合约总值RM6亿。

跟据http://www.myrol.my/index.cfm?&menuid=21 ,ROL要把Klang River改造成充满活力和宜居,和高经济价值的区域。这个改造分成3个部分:

1)清洗河流:在2020年将水质从Class III – Class V(不适合身体接触)提高到Class IIb (适合身体接触)。

2)策划和美化河流:提高区域的经济价值。

3)发展河流:提高在河岸附近的地方的经济投资活动。刺激河岸的发展,有潜能的政府地会通过公开招标私人公司来发展。

在2017年6月21日,子公司KL Bund Sdn Bhd取得批准来发展在Gombak, Sungai Gombak, KL的"Kuala Lumpur River City"。在2017年7月18日,怡克伟士正式推出"Kuala Lumpur River City"。在产业发展部门,他们有6个总值超过RM70亿的项目,足够10年的时间来发展。他们有39亩的地库,主要在KL的北部,这是重点发展的地方。除了KL的地库,他们也在JB有25亩的地库,和在Kuantan, Pahang的12亩的地库。

收购IWCity导至的市场负面情绪让股价跌到RM0.96。

前景:
建造中的Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (SPE), River of Life和相关项目, DUKE Phase-2收费站的开始营运,和未进账的RM4.5亿产业销售预计会带来正面的表现。

On 12 March 2018, Ekovest announced that wholly-owned subsidiary, EkoRiver Construction Sdn Bhd received a letter of acceptance from DBKL for the improvement and beautification works at Package 2 - Taman Titiwangsa, KL, Federal Territoty of KL for the River of Life (ROL) Project (Phase 2)("Works")(http://www.bursamalaysia.com/…/company-announcements/5721253). Total contract sum for the Works is RM106m (including GST) and the completion period is for 78 weeks.

Projects secured related to the River of Life:
1) On 24 Oct 2016, via wholly-owned subsidiary, EkoRiver Construction Sdn Bhd received a letter of acceptance from DBKL for the proposed improvement and beautification works under the River of Life project for a sum of RM255m.

2) On 8 Nov 2016, via wholly-owned subsidiary, EkoRiver Construction Sdn Bhd received a letter of acceptance from DBKL for the proposed improvement and beautification works under the River of Life project for a sum of RM157m.

3) On 17 Apr 2017, via wholly-owned subsidiary, EkoRiver Construction Sdn Bhd received a letter of acceptance from DBKL for the appointment as the design and building contractor to undertake the "Blue River Project" in the vicinity of the River of Life Precinct 7 - Masjid Jamek KL Zone, with a total value of RM79m.

Total 4 projects valued RM598m.

According to http://www.myrol.my/index.cfm?&menuid=21 , ROL aims to transform the Klang River into a vibrant and livable water front with high economic value. This transformation is divided into 3 main components:

1) River Cleaning: To bring the river from its current Class III – Class V water quality (not suitable for body-contact) to Class IIb (suitable for body-contact recreational usage) by year 2020.

2) River Master Planning & Beautification: To increase economic viability of the area.

3) River Development: Spur economic investments into the areas immediately surrounding the river corridor. To catalyse development along the corridor, potential government land will be identified and tendered out to private developers through competitive bidding.

On 21 June 2017, via wholly-owned subsidiary, KL Bund Sdn Bhd, received the approval-in-principle for the proposed development of "Kuala Lumpur River City" located in Gombak, Sungai Gombak, KL. On 18 July 2017, the Group officially launched the development of "Kuala Lumpur River City". Under property development division, they have 6 property development projects with potential GDV in excess of RM7b lined up in 10 year development master plan. They have a land bank of 39 acres located primarily in northern KL and this will be the focus of their property division. Apart from the land bank in KL, they also own 25 acres of land in JB and 12 acres in Kuantan, Pahang.

The market's negative perception towards proposed acquisition of IWCity has decreased the share price to RM0.96.

Prospects:
The ongoing construction of Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (SPE), River of Life and related projects, the opening of the DUKE Phase-2's toll revenue and the recognition of unbilled sales of RM447.3m from property development activities are going to contribute positively.
