Like many of us, we seek for financial security and ultimately financial freedom. This blog is intended to act as a journal of investment as I journey towards that dream. At the same time, I hope that the articles written here would also benefit many others who share the same vision as me.
The dip in gold price finally stalled with the price of gold hovering at USD1400/ounce range for the past one week. While no one is able to predict the movement of gold price which have been rather volatile, here are some points from the Reuters dated 25th April 2013 that might give us an idea on what to expect for the future of gold:

Buy Canadian Maple Leaf and Australian Nugget physical gold coin.
You can feel and caress it but not Gold Paper Unit Trust.
Noted here is AmPrecious Metal Fund launched 15 November 2007 at RM1.00/unit when International Gold price USD794/oz
When gold price peak on 15 Sep 2011 @ USD1,921/oz,manager price is at RM1.15 (a mere 0.15 ct gain for gold gain of USD1,127/oz)
When gold price crash to USD1,322/oz on 19 April 2013,the fund dive down to low of RM0.400.(investor loss of 0.60 ct but on paper manager still gain USD528/oz)
Hmm..seems not logical.

That's near the level where all the Asian folks jump in to sapu recently.
The worst is yet to come near USD1,000

AmPreciuos Metal Fund=0.439 cents.(gold shoot up,this fund didn't move in tandem,ridiculous.I'm watching you.)

Gold now USD1,370.85 (-25.35) @8:25am Chicago Time.
Previous low is around USD1,322.

net invest your money in gold unit trust. better buy physical gold. the only problem how to store it.
