DRB-HICOM - to bolster development at Proton City
Outperform, FV = RM3.35
According to Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Zambry Abd Kadir, Proton City will be a production site soon for at least two more brands, besides Proton. DRBHICOM will also invest RM1bn over the next five years to bolster development at Proton City that will include a new commercial hub, a secondary school and other facilities will be developed at the 1,618ha site. (Business Times)
The ramping up of production to achieve improved economies of scale at Proton’s under utilised Tanjung Malim plant will be a key priority for DRB. We believe positive news flow and perhaps even a technical collaboration framework with a global OEM in the next 12-18 months will help to re-rate DRB’s share price.

I don't think so.... the punters are way too clever.... they r silently BUYING low..... the big BUY is coming, just look at the volume traded yesterday.... too amazing....

That's exactly what the punters wanted u to be --- "CONFUSED" ---- because that's how they make profits. See, so long there are ppl buying and selling, it would always be those who buy low, sell high will make profits. But how did the profits come about?? It's all from those who bought High, but sold low.
That's why, whenever there is pushing downward, can pick some warrants or shares, and wait for the next leg up to sell. Happy trading, bro!

DRBHICOM is really good in its corporate field. By unlocking the value of POS's landbank, it will bring more value creation to both POS and DRBHICOM. Very smart indeed.
