All Malaysian students with a minimum of 6As in their SPM exams, whose parents are earning less than Rm 3,000 per month may write to my wife kitpheng@gmail.com for a scholarship to do the one year foundation course at our approved Government sponsored Universities including UTAR.

My foundation course scholarship recipients including those students who have passed their STPM and have gained entry to local Government sponsored Universities including UTAR may also apply for my scholarships.

Terms and conditions:

We reserve our right for award of my scholarships upon meeting our

selection criteria. We do not consider applicants desiring to do Medicine.

All scholarship recipients after their graduation do not need to work for me. They are not required to pay back the money I spent on them. But they have to remember that I helped them when they were poor and that they will have to help other poor students when they are financially solvent.

In this way, I expect more and more graduates will continue to do charity to help other poor students to acquire tertiary education.
