As you know, it is so important to know new things. I remember I have strongly recommended you to join BabaMail which automatically sends you 1 or 2 interesting articles a day by emails, free of charge.

As you know, your health is more important than your wealth. What is the use of money if you do not have life to spend it.

This morning I received this article about the importance of your poop.

It can never hurt to know more about your poop. Even though it’s quite a touchy subject, everyone needs to get over it as it’s something that we all do. So, if you can get past the initial awkwardness, you can find out a lot of information about your health simply by taking a closer look at your stool.

I remember I have posted an article ” How to prolong your life?” in which I said many things. Among the things is that as soon as I wake up in the morning, I drink 2 glasses of water and I eat half a pineapple. Our intestine is 27 feet long. It is like sending water and brush to clean my digestive track. After that I will have a cup of coffee and nothing else until lunch time.

As a result, my poop is always watery with some solid pieces, nearly the same as the third one of the pictures below.

So, what can you learn by looking at your poop? Check out the infographic below to find out!

We are now the oldest we've ever been and yet, the youngest we'll ever be again. So, embrace each moment of your life, make it count, do not let go of what you've learned - experience is there for a reason and mistakes are part of it. Remind yourself of the wisdom you've gained and, as the years advance, make sure you age with grace.
