Recently many investors sold LB Aluminium to buy Glove stocks. As a result, the price of LB Aluminium dropped and Glove stock prices went up. Fortunately, some serious long-term investors took advantage of the buying opportunity to buy at cheaper prices.
In any case, I just want to point out that its EPS for the last 3 quarters were 1.74 sen, 3.76 sen and 5.99 sen as shown on the table below. Based on its EPS growth, its EPS for the next quarter ending April should be better than 5.99 sen.
China managed to stop the spread of the Covid 19 virus in Wuhan within a few months and all the factories started working full steam ahead.
As a result, China has increased its net import of primary and alloy aluminium to record high in the last 10 years as shown on the above chart.
The chart below shows that the price of aluminium has been going up in the last 1 year. It has gone up about 50% in the last 1 year.
