A few days ago, one Engineer and his wife visited me. About 10 years ago, I gave his wife a scholarship to study accountancy. She married an Engineer. Both of them are working in Johore. She is teaching in Sunway College. The Engineer told me that he is currently working for a contractor who has a multi-million Ringgit contract to design and build a prefabricated steel factory in Johore for a big Taiwanese computer chip manufacturer.
I would like to suggest that AYS engage an Engineer to design factory buildings of various sizes and spans so that the company can quickly prefabricate them for sale to make more profit.
There is always a market for prefabricated steel factories. Some manufacturers want prefabricated factories to save time. If they can produce their products quicker, they can make more money.
I also like to suggest AYS open a branch in Indonesia and Vietnam to sell prefabricated steel factories where labour cost is lower than in Malaysia.

AYS should strive to become Malaysia's No. 1 Structural steel provider for high rise buildings and factories. We have one company called eversendai who claims to be world's No. 2 after a British Company but we all know about eversendai. If you put you money there "you sure die". In my opinion Eversendai is a pariah company. Perhaps AYS should take the opportunity to finish off eversendai. This is not a joke. The world now is free trade.
