As soon as I wake up in the morning, I drink 2 glasses of water and eat about 1 third of a pineapple. I do not eat any before lunch. Our intestine is 27 feet long. When I drink water and eat pineapple on an empty stomach is like washing and brushing my intestine. As a result, I do not have constipation and I have no difficulty in expelling faeces from my body.
I have been following this regime in the last 20 or more years and I do not have any sickness during this period of time.
I have inherited a high cholesterol problem, called hypercholesterolemia from my mother who died at 39 years old when I was only 10 years old. All my siblings who inherited this blood disease also died around 50 years old. In 1983 I had a heart attack when I was 50 years old. I had a heart bypass surgery done in London. At that time, only Mayor Clinic in USA and Harley Street Clinic, London could do the open-heart surgery. After my heart surgery, my surgeon told me that with this inherited blood disease, my heart would be blocked again soon. He could not open up my heart again to do the bypass surgery and I would die. You must change your lifestyle and diet to prolong your life.
I am still alive and I am nearly 89 years old.
