I'm very disappointed with you, OTB
I am one of your subscriber, but I very disappointed on your service. Based on what you have shared this year and last year. I realize that you are unprofessional and irresponsible advisor.
Why I said so?
Based on your theory for selecting a stock, 1st will be TA (Sector, Breakout and Up trending) and follow by FA (Growth, Margin and Forecast).
Since the first I received your email until now, the way you selected the counter and the fact that you mention is nonsense.
The recent example, HENGYUAN.
In historical truth, HENGYUAN price was always ahead of PETRONM 2 to 3X since almost 20 yrs ago
I wish to confirm the aforesaid statement from PureBULL is true.
The average price of Petronm was about 3.00.
The average price of Hengyuan was about 8.00.
The difference is 2.67X
Present price
Petronm - 11.48
Hengyuan - 15.08
Fair price of Hengyuan = 11.48*2.67 = 30.66 if the aforesaid assumption is true.
My question is how to forecast stock price by comparing two company’s historical price?
Dose this make any sense?
We are talking about two different group of people to operate two different companies. Two companies are operating in two different way, although the marco-economy is the same. Along the way, the major decision that both companies react is not same.
If this statement is true like what you said to PureBULL, then please explain on MAS and AIRASIA.
Latest technical chart of Hengyuan
The chart formation pattern is Cup And Handle Chart Formation.
The price is above 20 days EMA which is bullish now.
You can notice that the price chart has higher high (15.16 and 15.68) and higher low (11.32 and 12.14) in last 1 month tradings. This means the trend is uptrending now.
Parabolic SAR turned green to show bullish trend.
Stochastic buy is above 50%.
Force Index is above zero level and has blue color.
MACD showed a buy signal, Blue line is above zero level.
All the chart patterns and indicators are showing a bullish trend.
Beside this, you keep mention to us that how well your past performances are, how good you help your clients to invest and earn money in 2017. The most important things is none of them has lost money in 2017.
Honestly, in 2017 I have received so many emails from you and I can get a conclusion is, you are a fickle minded person. You almost changed your stocks selection every week. The stocks that you selected this week can be 50% disappear in next week selection.

These are the most significant period that I found. You advised on buy call to all your subscribers, but when the stock out of your prediction, going another way and you don’t know how to handle and what you do is just ignore it. But at the same time, some of your subscribers are still inside that sinking boat. This year HENGYUAN is the same.
I am not blaming on you, and I am fully understood on “AT YOUR OWN RISK”. I am okay and comfortable to lose a significant number in the share market. But I am not okay with what you had done. In 14/07/2017, your stock selection number 5 is OKA. But in your portfolio, there doesn’t shows.
8th July, you asking us to buy ATTA-LA, and which is not in your portfolio too.
ATTA-LA has dropped from RM 0.50 to RM 0.1 from June 2017 to Oct 2017. And this stock is not even in your portfolio. You are advising us to buy a falling knife. After investigate, I know when the time you advising us to buy, you are selling it.
Other than above, you keep telling us how well you manage Mr. Koon’s fund, how you advise him on what to buy and when to buy. Because of your stock selection criteria and strategy, how much money you have earned for him. He will not be earning so much if without your advice.

I believe mr Ooi have done his best for his subscribers. All I see from him is hardwork and integrity, he inform instantly with his portfolio and keep learning everyday. Even though I don’t follow his stock pick, but he has good proven track record. Unless one can prove you can beat him, criticizing ain’t seems convincing. My suggestion to mr Ooi is try not to please clients and do too frequent stockpick, and use qualitative analysis rather than quantitative FA analysis. It’s not worth it to put yourself into the game.

Mr OTB, guess every "public profile" person has the same dilemma, how to handle unfair criticisms. As long as bigger majority of your subscribers r happy with your service n benefit , that is a big achievement & reflection , on your efforts.
Not possible to please all, it is the same for every public personality.
The fact that U take the pain to read the critics comments, shows that your r v conscientious n try your level best to do a good work, to please your clients.
Pls accept unfair/unkind comments come with the territory, (some r just pranks) n not be unduly ruffled, when U have already done your level best.

Hi Mr OTB, as you would have known there are a lot of trolls and keyboard warriors online.. personally I am an avid reader of your sharings and I would like to thank you for sharing. As you have rightly said, you did not put a gun to our heads to follow your stock picks, so you did not commit a crime nor falsely duped anyone's hard earned money. Perhaps it would be better for you to just ignore the negative comments, and know that there are many silent readers (like myself who just created this account to thank you) who appreciate your sharings.

Personally, I think each sifu, master, guru, reminsier and anyone else who service you, give you tips, buy/sell recommendation and anything, will always be later than they reacted.
After they sold, they give you info.
After they bought, they share with you.
In reality, nobody will let you react before them. After all, they have done a lot of homework or "network connection" to confirm the trend, NOT the onw who receive the info.
So if you want to "trust", "follow", "believe', "tap along" and whatever you call, then DON'T blame anyone, but BLAME yourself.
Heart to heart, if you disclose buy/sell call to others before you took action????

I also read and follow some sifu in I3 to buy after I do my homework on their recommendation reports.
Many good examples like AAX, Armada, Atech, Genetec and Mi.
I am just an ordinary human being, I cannot research so many stocks.
I never blame any sifu here.
Most of the time, my performance is always good.
I only buy good fundamental stocks.
