Mah Sing Group Bhd's subsidiary Star Residence Sdn Bhd and unincorporated joint venture partner Liberty Triangle Sdn Bhd are buying two parcels of land in Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur for RM85.3 million. The land will be developed into a RM500 million gross development value (GDV) mixed residential project. (NST)
