The demand for F&B packaging has increased tremendously due to MCO implementation where take-away service is the only way for F&B business to deliver their product. Thus, drive up the demand of SCGM core business which is supplying plastic packaging products.

 

Furthermore, the company has purchased 5 new ultrasonic sealing machines for face shields and one new face mask machine where fits into the global demand in a timely manner for both face mask and face shield. This shall contribute their revenue growth.

 

 

In our opinion, we shall look into defensive counters where business has minimal impact during MCO period and at the same time, expanding into the area that has explosive global demand e.g. face shield and face mask. We could look for the right opportunity based on technical analysis and take profit from time to time. For long term investment, we shall look into the group's fundamental, inclusive its expansion and sustainability plans when COVID-19 pandemic ends.
