Kuala Lumpur 7 Jan 2016: Nexgram Holdings Berhad today announced the appointment of new board member Tuan haji Mazru as its finance director as part of the group on-going business expansion initiative.

In a filling with Bursa Malaysia, the diversified business group said prior to taking on his current role, Tuan Haji Mazru, 53, was financial controller of the group.

Tuan Haji Mazru joined the group as financial advisor and have since handling overall group financial strategies especially in potential merger and acquisitions within the group core business direction. 

The company have been growing by way of horizontal and vertical expansion through merger and acquisition, and market perceive the addition of top corporate team would facilitate the group overall growth strategy.

PETALING JAYA 7 January 2016: Negram Holdings Bhd has appointed Tuan Haji Mazru Bin Mat Yusof as group finance director of effective Jan 7, 2016, which strengthens the group management team inline with its diversified business expansion plan.

According to Bursa Malaysia announcement, Tuan Haji Mazru began his career with AlJefri & Co. Public Accountants (M) as an Assistant Audit Senior. Three (3) years later, he joined Malaysian Rubber Exchange and Licensing Board ("MRELB") as an Assistant Accountant.

In May 1994, he joined Technology Resources Industries Bhd (TRI)/ Celcom (Malaysia) Bhd, and later joined Edaran Komputer (M) Sdn Bhd in 1999 and was transferred to the holding company Edaran Digital Systems Bhd in 2002 as the Chief Financial Controller cum Corporate Finance Manager.

His own business exposure started when he joined Faaza Biotech (M) Sdn Bhd in 2004 as the Managing Director, responsible for all financial, corporate matters, marketing and the day-to-day running of business. At the same time, he was appointed to the Board of several private companies.

In 2013, he was exposed to the travelling service industry when he joined Triways Travel Network (M) Sdn Bhd as the Chief Financial Officer/ General Manager - Finance, responsible for all financial matters of the company as well as tasked to oversee the management and operation of Triways Travel Centre (M) Sdn Bhd, Bangi which is part of the Triways Group of Companies.

Tuan Haji Mazru attended and graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from UiTM in 1993. He is currently the Group Financial Controller of the group.

Tuan Haji Mazru bin Mat Yusof obtained his Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA ("UiTM") in 1993. 

Tuan Haji Mazru is an Accountant by profession and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Tuan Haji Mazru began his career in August 1987 with AlJefri & Co. Public Accountants (M) as an Assistant Audit Senior, upon obtaining his Diploma in Accountancy from UiTM in 1986. Three (3) years later, he joined Malaysian Rubber Exchange and Licensing Board ("MRELB") as an Assistant Accountant. While at MRELB, he attended and graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from UiTM in 1993.
