From the previous 2 article and adding this one,the NTA is about RM3.70 already.And i think i am being too conservative about the (2) Pengerang land of RM12 per sqf,real estate agent will be laughing at me at this price.

Now the estimate NTA is over RM5 already,you should buy while vve are offloading to you under 1.30
