Today i am dicussing about the topic "Selling"

Why i am dicussing this topic , because i know that buy is easy, sell ? If you only know how to buy , do not know how to sell , how to become a successful trader? Just like a gambler, they only know continue and continue and do know not how to stop, in the end a trader will become a gambler.

SELL IS AN ART

Why i said it as an art? Because the selling is involving a lot of human behaviour, when you sell now, you may lose the profit, some stock is really rocket up like ' SKY IS THE LIMIT'. However if u sell too slow, you might trap by the seller. So now lets discuss about the art.

1) Buy on rumour sell on news.

I think this is very common to a trader, but who will discipline it? Once the news is out like quarter report, if the quarter report out, the buying volume is surge very high, so as the next day the news out, it will be a good chance for those volume trader to dispose all their stock to the people. The stock will open high close low. 9.01am will be the good time to sell.

2) Tp Breakout.

I have no idea why the trader so like to hit the tp, for example , a stock which price of 0.92, people will like to breakout of rm1, however when reach rm1, the people sure sell like no tomorrow.

3) Do not sell when the trend is super bullish

Once the chart formed as super bullish, let profit go as far as it can.

4) Sell on resistance

As a people who know how to read chart, you may read what is the resistance of the chart. This statement might be wrong / correct because the breakout might happen anytime. However, the breakout chance is always less than without breakout. In the end i will sell if anything is not right.

5) Cut loss for the trend.

Once the bearish pattern formed, sell it as fast as possible to cut loss. After the cut loss done, do not look back and look for another stock. There is so many tree in the forest why go pick a bearish stock isn't??

6) Partial selling

When buying a stock, the partial selling strategy might need to be taken to secure the profit of the stock. As we don't know how far the stock price can go, the partial selling can be taken to lock the profit.
