General outlook
The disappointing 4th qtr results for wct proved dire to wct as its share price continue to fall.
Revenue fell 33.6 % to 280mil from 418mil  qtr to qtr while net profit was up 36.5% to 56mil from 41mil qtr to qtr.
The downtrend looks nowhere near to an end unless Wct manages to secure new projects and developments.
However, fundamentals for this counter remain intact and growth prospect remains bright for wct.
With the recent draught of new projects and developments, there is limited upside potential for these comming days
The question is, will things turn around?

Mixed Views
Wct recently ceased a project in Vietnam due to license issues.
This could be seen as either,

Positively : Liquidity and cash flow would enable wct to generate new sources of revenue/new projects/investments/ development.

Negatively : Investors have qualms over the ability of wct to replenish its orderbook status.

Upside potential
I strongly believe there is still much more upside potential compared to downside potential.
With the Sg Buloh development project by epf  and opening of Klia-2 in May, there is still a glimmer of hope.
Wct would be a good choice for a long term investment with its diversity in the property and construction sector.
Many investors like me would think that Wct is "undervalued", as it has been a long term holding counter with low volatility.

Downside potential
With the proposed share buyback, i would expect a less drastic consolidation if selling pressure is to continue.
However, should the rm2.00 support be broken, this might trigger a stop loss that would be catastrophic.
Short term resistance stands at 2.10 which is the 50ma while long term resistance stands at 2.35 which is the 200ma

Exchange of shares by institutions
During the recent months, there has been a repeated exchange of shares by EPF and LTH
What is the reason behind it?
That is the answer every average investor would love to ask.
