KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 4): Pharmaniaga Bhd's unit Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd (PLSB) has entered into a seven-year concession agreement with the Ministry of Health (MOH).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Thursday, Pharmaniaga said that under the agreement, PLSB will be able to "undertake the procurement, storage, supply and delivery of medical products to offices and facilities within Malaysia, which is operated and controlled by MOH" as per the terms and conditions agreed between the parties.

The agreement is to take effect retrospectively from July 1, 2023 and will remain in force for seven years until June 30, 2030, subject to earlier termination.
