PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has expressed concern over hate politics in the country, where facts are totally ignored.
"I tell you, it is not easy. The hate politics is too strong in this country.
"Not receiving salaries, (I) get insulted. Being stern in our fight against corruptions, (I) get insulted.
"Having a good relationship with Hamas,(I) get insulted, and on the BlackRock issue, (I) get accused of being an Israeli agent.
"All the facts were completely ignored. What is being thrown at us is only hatred. But should it bother us? Not at all," he said.
Anwar made these remarks in his speech at the Finance Ministry's monthly assembly here today.
