This approach is intended to sustain momentum and enthusiasm among agents, ensuring that their hard work is recognised and rewarded early on.

She added that HCK Capital products have a unique selling point of being close to most education centres and universities.

When she was asked to give some advice to new agents aspiring to emulate her success, Karen said it was vital for them to believe in themselves. 

“For me, HCK is a supportive developer compared to other developers and the second thing, they give a lot of incentives such as car incentive and travel incentive and some grocery incentive,” said Nexsgen prime leader Leong Voon Keen.
