中国粗钢产量创新高．价格从三月高峰3,753跌至今天3,333

（中国．北京17日讯）生产全球半数钢铁的中国今年3月份钢产量升至创纪录新高，主要是因为钢厂从健康的利润率中获益。这为未来钢价下挫埋下伏笔。
中国国家统计局表示，粗钢产量同比成长1.8%至7200万吨。这意味着平均日产量为232.3万吨，超过了去年6月份创下的月度纪录。今年头三月的产量同比成长4.6%，至2.011亿吨。
随着基础设施支出和房地产建设提振用钢需求，钢铁价格到3月中旬大幅上涨，钢铁厂因此获利。但是这股涨势已经开始减弱。随着购买方努力消化庞大的库存，过去一个月螺纹钢和铁矿石一道走低。
BMI Research周一在数据发布前的一份研报中表示，钢铁产量增速超过了终端用户需求的成长，造成库存增加。
“我预计产量将从现有水平回落，”CRU集团分析师Kevin Bai在北京接受电话采访时说。“一些钢厂已经发布的5月份指引显示价格已经降低，他们对第二季度的展望相当负面。为了维护价格，他们将考虑在供应侧实施一定的控制措施。”
原铝产量亦升高。国家统计局表示，3月份产量增加2.5%至271万吨，今年头三个月产量更是创下了纪录新高，达到820万吨，比去年同期增加了超过约11%。

5% import tax, 13% safeguard tax, RM30 transportation per MT. margin of profit all yet to include....RM300 more expensive than Malaysia local price

Malaysia local currently trade RM2150-2250 depend sizes of bar. If import from China, it will need RM2650 to trade.
