巴生河流域．办公空间过剩

从2015年首季开始，巴生河流域办公空间的空置率开始上升，从20.9%升至2017年首季的23.6%，比全国的18.1%平均水平高。

另外，3800万平方尺的新增供应，料加剧过剩情况，预测在2021年之前，办公楼空置率将达到32%最高纪录，超出亚洲金融危机期间的水平，换句话说，在每3个办公空间，其中一个将空置。
