What’s Brewing in GENETEC (KLSE: 0104) ?

Investors seemed to have noticed that something “peculiar” is going on with Genetec – which is the rapid recovery in the share price. What is the reason behind the super rapid recovery in share price, and what is going on with the increased trading volume in the period highlighted above?

No one knows.

What we now know, is the bottom of Genetec. If the share price of Genetec goes beyond RM2.750, which is the psychological resistance level for the group, it is like that the share price may jump further, challenging its next core resistance – RM3.000.

So, should you buy Genetec now?

The short answer is no. Not because the risk-to-reward is not attractive, but do not make any buy or sell decision rashly before making your own studies. I personally know Genetec had some interesting prospects brewing, so I had bought the shares on the lower level.
