Value Pick No. 2 : Cycle and Carriage Bintang (TP RM4.50)

I previously mentioned the prospect of CCB back in October 2015. I will share once more for the reference of those new to CCB. As Superman99 done a fantastic coverage and analysis on CCB, hats off to Superman99, I will just share a simple point to add value.

For the knowledge of all, continental car model cycle usually last around 7 years including a phase lift in between 3.5 year mark. CCB and Benz in particular suffered the past few years as the earlier design cycle was out of touch and as a result they lost market share to the sleek Audi and BMW. However, ever since the complete makeover of this current batch of new collection starting with S Class, A Class, C Class etc, they manage to wrestle back their market position. Benz will enjoy this 7 year cycle again just as how BMW and Audi did. Especially with the new E Class flagship coming out in 2016. I have no doubt that CCB share price will move in tandem.

Many people do not understand the car industry. However, a simple visit to their sales gallery and chat with the experience sales personnel suffice to ease your concern. I understand many are worried about the economy as whole and spending power. However, what begs the question is  the target market segment of Mercedes cars. I will leave you all to ponder.

Below is my earlier posting on CCB back in October. I have not only held on to my CCB. I loaded further when it dip.

Food for thought:  A howling wind signifies a void.

May good fortune come your way!
