U.S. stockmarkets advanced overnight as the Dow rose for the seventh straight session to close at another fresh record high at 18,923.06 pts, buoyed by stronger-than-expected retail sales data.

FBM KLCI: 1,630.56 pts (+13.92pts, +0.86%)
The FBM KLCI staged a sharp recovery yesterday after crude oil prices stabilised. The next resistance level is located around the 1,645 level.

Crude Palm Oil: RM2,812 (-RM26, -0.92%)
Crude palm oil prices extended its losses on the delay of B10 Biodiesel programme to a later date. The RM2,800 level will serve as the immediate support level.

WTI Crude Oil: $45.81 (+$2.49, +5.74%)
Crude oil prices rallied on renewed efforts by OPEC members to curtail production. Crude oil prices might recover towards the US$50 level.

Gold: $1,228.73 (+$7.38, +0.60%)
Gold prices halted its biggest three-day decline in the year after the US Dollar weakened. Gold prices might trade at a rangebound mode between US$1,200-US$1,250.
