U.S. stockmarkets extended its losses overnight as the Dow erased all its intraday gains to close 0.2% lower ahead of the president-elect Donald Trump speech.

FBM KLCI: 1,672.05 pts (+4.15pts, +0.25%)
The eleventh hour buying support amongst selective key index heavyweights sent the FBM KLCI to close 0.3% high yesterday. The next resistance level is located around the 1,700 level.

Crude Palm Oil: RM3,082 (-RM30, -0.96%)
Crude palm oil prices closed 1.0% lower yesterday after inventory levels increased. The RM3,200 level will serve as the immediate resistance level.

WTI Crude Oil: $50.82 (-$1.14, -2.20%)
Crude oil prices took another to beating to close at one-month low after Iraq raised its export levels to record high which could offset the OPEC production cut deal. Crude oil prices might trend towards the US$47-US$50 levels.

Gold: $1,187.88 (+$6.78, +0.57%)
Gold prices rose to one-month high on higher demand ahead of the Lunar New Year. The US1,200 will serve as the immediate resistance level.
