The FBM KLCI (-3.1%) was not spared from the global markets renewed volatility after trading largely in the negative territory today with weakness compounded by the higher Malaysia's unemployment rate that rose to 5.0% in April 2020. Expectedly, market breadth remained negative as losers overwhelmed the gainers on a ratio of 1107-to-159 stocks. All 13 major sectors finished in the red with the healthcare sector (-7.6%) taking the hardest hit.
