The FBM KLCI (+1.4%) delivered its best performance in almost a month as the key index advanced for the fourth straight session in line with gains across regional peers yesterday, buoyed by the positive development of a potential vaccine for Covid-19 by Pfizer and BioNTech. Market breadth stayed positive as gainers outpaced the losers on the ratio of 701-to-334 stocks, while 403 stocks traded unchanged. The broader market was mostly positive with the healthcare sector (+2.4%) taking the lead again after glovemakers stocks like Supermax (+47.0 sen), Top Glove (+36.0 sen) and Hartalega (+22.0 sen) extended their gains.
