The FBM KLCI (+0.80%) advanced, snapping the three-session losing streak on the back of renewed buying interest following to the rally on Wall Street overnight. Market breadth turned positive as the advancers toppled the decliners by 573-to-386 stocks. The broader market ended largely in the positive territory, led by the plantation sector (+2.92%) as firmer FCPO price triggered buying interest in SIMEPLT (+19.0 sen), KLK (+112.0 sen), and BKAWAN (+76.0 sen).
