The FBM KLCI (+0.60%) ended stronger, in line with the mostly positive regional markets' performance, supported by  buying momentum in selected Plantation, Banking and Telco heavyweights. Market breadth was marginally negative as losers led gainers by 513-to-499 stocks. On the broader market, the Plantation sector (+1.35%) was the leading sector, led by buying interest within SIMEPLT (+17.0 sen) and IOICORP (+3.0 sen), while the Healthcare sector declined (-0.75%) due to selling pressure in HARTA (-7.0 sen) and KOSSAN (-7.0 sen).
