ECM: Hibiscus Petroleum: Gets SC nod for asset purchase

Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd has obtained the green light from the SC to acquire a 35% stake in Lime Petroleum plc for US$55m (RM168.3m) cash. In the announcement to Bursa Malaysia, Hibiscus said the SC had granted a conditional approval on the asset acquisition, which is still subject to shareholders' approval. (Financial Daily)
