Tan Sri Chan Ah Chye, the long-time major shareholder, president and chief executive of Kumpulan Europlus Bhd (KEuro) will soon start to make an exit from the company sometime this year, reliable sources said. Chan, who could not be reached for this article, will first step down from his executive position in the company and play a passive shareholder role. The sources added that Chan may also consider reducing his shareholding in the company over the longer term.
