Greek notes due next month rose, with the price climbing to the highest level in four weeks, amid speculation European policy makers will honor the debt payment as they seek to reach agreement on a bailout for the nation. The 4.3% notes due on 20 March climbed to 42.1% of face value after rising to 43.265, the most since Jan. 18. The price has increased from 34.5% of face amount on26 January as delays to a second Greek bailout made it more likely legislation to impose losses on bondholders will come too late to include the security.
