AMMB Holdings Bhd's subsidiary PT AMCI Manajemen Investasi Indonesia (AmInvestasi) has received an investment manager license to operate in Indonesia. AMMB said the Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan has issued the license to AmInvestasi on 14 February. AmInvestasi is a 99.99% owned subsidiary of PT AmCapital Indonesia, which in turn is 99%-owned by AMMB. AmInvestasi would be able to undertake investment management activities which include portfolio fund management services and issue and manage mutual fund products. (Financial Daily)
