Hi guys/gals,
Today there is a Pull Back in our Bull Run? What should you do? Let Calvin bring you some good advises from experiences garnered during the Bull Run Time of 1993-1996
1) 1993 - 1996 : BUY ON PULL BACK
This Bull Run of 1993 to 1997 was relentless. Many missed the rally. Prices were rising and rising then. But there were days of Pull Back or short sell down like this morning.
So this was the advise, "Buy on dips or buy during pullback time"
Excellent counsel! Now go load up more on those "good stocks" you think will still go up more.
2) BUY THOSE THAT HAVEN'T MOVED YET
In those times when we buy shares we deal with real "Share scripts " and paid/received Physical cheques.
One Day I met a guy holding a stack of cheques (His winnings from contra gains!)
I asked him, "What is the Secret of Your Success?
"Buy those that haven't moved yet!" was his terse reply.
Ha! In those days of T+7 or even longer days to pay up many made good monies playing contra.
But this guy was smart indeed - BUY THOSE THAT HAVEN'T MOVED YET!
And in the game of Rotational Plays - Laggard Stocks also Come Alive in their turns!
THIS IS THE TIME TO BUY AND HOLD.
THIS ELECTION BULL RUN THEME WILL LAST TILL GE14 ELECTION DAY
Just like children playing games in their seasons like flying kites, catching spiders, keeping fighting fishes, playing with marbles, playing hide and seek, and what not. SO IN THE GAME OF ROTATIONAL PLAYS ALL STOCKS WILL MOVE IN ITS TIME.
ADULTS ARE ALSO PLAYING STOCKS ACCORDING TO THEIR SEASONS & TIMES! WHOLE WORLD STOCK MARKETS ARE UP - LED BY USA. FOREIGN FUNDS WILL ROTATE INTO LAGGARD MALAYSIA THIS YEAR!!
SO ELECTION THEMATIC PLAY FOR YEAR 2018 IS NOW THE THEME OF THE HOUR!
3) HE THAT IS LOW NEEDS NO FEAR NO FALL
This is what we call, "Buy Low". Buy good stocks while prices are low. Buy Value Stocks while Prices are still low even in Bull Run time. Unlike high flyers which can pull back sharply even during Bull Run ... laggards whose prices are low are safe.
Expect good strong gains if Market picks them up. If not losses are very minimal. So keep safe and defensive even in Bullish Time
As of now DOW is in frenzy. Broken record after record. Nasdaq stocks at dizzy height. Dow has crossed 25,000 points for first time in US history. Value Stocks remain the laggards. So the focus rotates into Value Stocks

We have different PM now so how to have bull run like in 1993-97?. Even today bulls look tired ady.

buy at own risk.. don't just follow ppl's recommendation,.. check his past stocks recommendation first and see whether its undervalued stock. If useless and loss making stocks are recommended, then you know it's high risk to buy the stocks...

all i know is that all ur buy calls except dutaland were made after they started moving up 10% or were dropping heavily b4 they rebounded.
u started making buy calls of mui at 30sen long ago, remember.
