Ok to get psf divides Rm8,926,000 by 538,215,855.3
 
= 0.016 sen
 
Or 1.6 sen per sq ft (If converted to Acre multiply 1.6 sen by 43,560 = Rm696 Per Acre
 
In some cities Lands are Sold at more than Rm1,000 Per Sq Ft. For Jtiasa (Giant Treasure) You can get An Acre land for only Rm696 (amazing undervaluation)

Jarwo earn his money by doing contractor job in Malaysia
 
With the money he bought a piece of land in Surabaya.
 
On this land he planted trees. It took 8 long years for these trees to grow.
 
After 8 years Someone offered to buy his trees. Now huge and very tall.
 
They paid him. Cut down the trees and transported them away. He only sold the trees which were used as pulp for paper.
 
He did not sell his land which after 8 years already appreciated in value.
 
Then he told me he will plant more hardy trees. This will take 11 years. Why so long"?
 
He said these trees will yield better quality Wood and could be used for furniture. So it will command higher prices than making into papers.
 
Wow. He has such long patience 
 
This is what Jtiasa has been doing. They planted. And now by year 2022 these trees will mature for harvesting. Are we able to see Jtiasa reap its long hard reward?

Then only see how high it will go depending on Cpo uptrend & coming La Nina event yet unfolding

One missing piece of the puzzle all have missed

The extremely low price of Jtiasa land cost

In Pulau Bruit land on this pristine island is only 0.016 sen psf

If Jtuasa want to follow fiamma, seacera or oka example it can easily revalued lands and book them as profits

Then it will show HUGE PROFITS

PLUS NTA WILL INCREASE BY MANIFOLD

Jtiasa is not interested in short term measures as it has a very rock solid longer term approach

Enterprise value per Planted Ha:
1) SUBUR: RM16,143,
2) RSAWIT: RM22,322,
3) SWKPLNT: RM21,206,

SUBUR's EV/Ha is the lowest.
If you are looking for cheap land, go for SUBUR, but it is still a loss making company,

Slowly quietly steadily accumulate cpo stocks as Soyoil future keep on relentlessly going up almost everyday

The selling prices of Ffb, cpo and palm kernal will be at elevated level from now

Results for Feb 2021 will be fantastic

Very strong soyoil future at USD39 even on a Friday in Dalian

Tnight let's see US Chicago soyoil future will break the Usd40 barrier due to world in shock panic buy soybean again

Last night US soyoil reached the high of USD39.32 but then profit taking set in to close at Usd38.64.

Still very high from USD30 which is the very good support for Cpo bull trend

Since Brazil still in very hot weather planting of soybean will now be delayed till near December 2020

It takes soybean 100 days to grow and fully mature for harvesting

So with USA soybean fully harvested by Nov 2020 there will be not much soybean on world market till early March 2021

Within these 4 months only old stock of soybean left with ever increasing demand

Can expect remaining stock of soybean to go even higher

For this reason Cpo will reign supreme going into early 2021

And if Mato Grosso of Brazil soybean crop face unrelenting drought for next 3 months then Cpo prices will explode upward like years 2012/3 into a very powerful bull run

Jtiasa reached Rm2.70 then. Will Jtiasa reach Rm2.70 again?

U analyse properly lah....!!

The latest logs production figure for Wtk & jtiasa already bottom up & stabilise loh...!!

For example the lowest log production for wtk is dec 2019 at 8628 m3 but in latest oct 2020 it is 12524 m3 up 45% mah...!! Also selling price up 40% mah....!! very powerful gain mah...!!

Likewise Jtiasa lowest production is in Jan 20 at 3003 m3 but in the latest Oct 20 it when up sharply to 14802 m3 a very sharp increase of 393% mah.!

With further high gain in selling price of 40%, u can expect very big improvement in jtiasa

Always look at these very important big changes & improvement loh..!!
