Yes property especially Properties of landed houses should be good

For property that will still need time

For now since Cpo prices so high All Palm Oil Companies will see HUGE PROFITS

KLK Profits up 100% today results

So the next bull run team now is Palm Oil

simedarby plant management already said cpo prices will range from Rm4000 to Rm4700 per ton till 1st qtr of 2022

So just buy and hold palm oil shares as next 4 quarter results will be very good

So you barely see me kacau kace oni3
Examples I bot in tenaga osk cepat mhc sime mbsb maa when bottom then I ignore and go to sleep
I also buy many reit last few months when bottom
Examples I buy Sentral kip uoa when lower price
So those are boring counter no point go to forum to talk
Only insas a bit serious because insas I bot 80sen now earn about 20% so maybe chgn to some gloves company since glove now cheap enough

Yes! I see you avoided hot pump & dump stocks generally and stayed safe

So many chasing Gpacket at Rm1.60, MMag at Rm1.60 & others have lost their shirt & capital & you have done well

Now I also made alot last year buying Gloves & healthcare stocks
All that I already taken profit & moved to palm oil

While Gloves have peaked they were not pump & dump but weakened due to ASP retracing plus glut

So Glove cycle will be weaker and weaker as we go into 2022 or 2023
Not so interesting longer term

Palm oil bull run is just warming up and these have declared special dividends like Nsop, Kfima, Riverview & Chinteck Plant

Can expect all others to also declare higher dividends, special dividends & some like ijmplant will be taken over with Cash Windfall

This Palm Oil bull might last longer and can also be our retirement investments since Palm Oil is Cash Crops. Can expect lots of future dividends as well
