He has over 25 years of experience in property development, construction, and project management, specializing in residential, commercial and industrial projects. He has held key positions in various reputable developers, contractors and project management firm. 

His career began in 1999 at SunwayMas Sdn Bhd, followed by various roles at MK Land Group, Hwa Hwee Construction Sdn Bhd, Titijaya Land Berhad Group of Companies, and IOI Group of Companies, where he held key leadership positions, including General Manager and Business Unit Head. 

With expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, Mr. Lim provides strategic leadership, ensuring project success and business growth.
