Mr Kamaraj had in December 2024, earned his Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CeMBA) from Wawasan Open University in Malaysia, along with a Certificate in Business Management from the same institution. He brings over 33 years of extensive experience in the Contract Manufacturing sector. Most recently, Mr Kamaraj held the position of Director of Operations at Technocom Systems, where he oversaw various functions, including Operations and Customer Management. 

He has a robust and demonstrated track record in Financial Management, Business Development, and Operational Excellence, particularly in the areas of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and Box Build expertise. Throughout his career, Mr Kamaraj has cultivated strong relationships with numerous leading Electronics companies globally. As a proponent of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement, he is tasked with enhancing the Group's energy and focus on Operational Excellence. This includes developing high-performing teams and reinforcing the Group's revenue streams while upholding corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.
