Mr. Lee Kah Hin (Mr Jerry), has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) of Magma Group starting March 1, 2024. With an extensive background, including a nine-year stint at GDEX Bhd where he became Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer, Mr Jerry has a proven track record. He played a key role in strategic initiatives at GDEX, including a major fund-raising that made Yamato Holdings the second largest shareholder in 2016, and led the expansion into technology and logistics in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. He also spearheaded the IPO of GDEX's associate, PT Satria Antara Prima, in Indonesia.

Mr Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Statistics from the University of Malaya and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). His career started at RHB Capital in 2009, moving through various roles including an equity analyst at OSK Research and RHB Research Institute, where he was recognized as the top stock picker in the transportation sector in 2014.

With his deep expertise in finance, investment, and strategic leadership, Mr Jerry is well-positioned to contribute significantly to Magma Group's financial strategies and growth.
