Ms Chee Wai Ching has accumulated over 23 years of experience and knowledge in resource management, budgeting, cost control, team leadership and development, problem-solving, and risk management. Ms Chee started her career as an outlet supervisor and purchasing clerk in several companies where she honed her skills in procurement and inventory management.

In 2004, she joined Yew Lee Pacific Manufacturer Sdn Bhd as an operations manager. During the tenure, she contributed significantly to optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency within the organization. In 2020, she becomes a sales manager at Great Eastern Life (M) Berhad and in 2021, she was honored with the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) award and the AKARD Personal Gold in the same year.
