Mr. Siew Chun Fai began his career as an audit assistant at a local firm in 2009 before transitioning to Crowe Horwath (now known as Crowe Malaysia PLT), an international audit firm, later that year. Over the course of his tenure, he progressed to the role of Audit Manager. He then served as Finance Manager at commercial companies specializing in distributing and healthcare from 2016 to 2019.

He continued to advance his audit career at Nexia SSY PLT as Senior Audit Manager from March 2019 to June 2024 before joining JF Technology Berhad on 1 July 2024.
