Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Universiti Sains Malaysia, and SMR accredited trainer. He has successfully completed his Certificate in Training Practice and achieved membership of the Institute of Personnel & Development, United Kingdom. He is a qualified auditor of the IRCA and is certified in Total Quality Management and Strategic Planning.

Mr Subramanian A/L Amamalay has over 30 years of management and leadership experience in a wide range of organizations from finance, education to consulting. He has travelled extensively in Asia on business projects. He has led and delivered consulting assignments for large GLCs and MNCs Talent Development across Asia and the Middle East including Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Sudan, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Singapore and Hong Kong. His working experiences include working at the then Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of Malaysia, MBf Finance, Taylors Education and the SMR Group. He is currently the Director of SMR HR Group Sdn Bhd and N'osairis Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd. As a leader, he is recognized for building talent pipelines and is committed to ensuring the adoption of sustainable best practices across the group.
