In 1994, he began his career as a Management Trainee at Hudson Holdings Pte Ltd. In the following year, he was promoted to Director, Corporate Development at Open Technology Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Hudson Holdings Pte Ltd. He was appointed Executive Director of OpenTech Networking Pte Ltd in 1997, before leaving in 2001 to join Genesis Networks Pte Ltd as Executive Director. In 2005, he joined ADIC (South Asia) Pte Ltd as Director, Sales and Marketing. He founded Quantum Storage (India) Pte Ltd [QSI] in 2012, and in 2016 became part of Kronologis management team since the merger of QSI into
Kronologi Asia Berhad.
He formerly sat on the IT Standardisation Board with Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore on e-payment and security chapter and as well as Singapore infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF).
