In July 2014, Ms Ean Yong Sik Siew joined Hays Specialist Recruitment (M) Sdn Bhd as a Talent Associate where she was involved in the provision of outsourced recruitment services. She left Hays Specialist Recruitment (M) Sdn Bhd in April 2015 and joined HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad in May 2015 as an Executive Trainee and got promoted to Global Standards Manager in December 2016 where undertook risk management and compliance work. In November 2017, she left HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad and joined Orgabio Manufacturing Sdn Bhd as a Compliance Manager where she was involved in overseeing compliance to food safety standards. She left Orgabio Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in August 2019 to pursue her Masters degree. In July 2020, she joined Hong Leong Bank Berhad as an Assistant Manager, Compliance where she undertakes regulatory compliance work.

Ms Ean Yong Sik Siew is a daughter of Dato' Ean Yong Tin Sin and Datin Lai You Mooi and the sibling of Ean Yong Hien Voon, Ean Yong Hien Chal, Ean Yong Han Khian and Ean Yong Hen Loen.
