Fellow Member of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK), Fellow Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), Chartered Global Management Accountant, a joint venture between American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) of UK.

Mr Ng was an Auditor in a Chartered Accountant Firm in London from 1975 to 1979. Subsequently, he joined MKS Sdn Bhd as Financial Controller from 1980 to 1983. In 1984, he was promoted as the Managing Director and was seconded to UMS Corporation in 1995 as Deputy Managing Director. In 2003, he became Managing Director of UMS Corporation Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UMS Holdings Berhad. In addition, he was appointed to the Board of UMS Corporation Berhad in August 1981. He was then appointed as a Deputy Managing Director and Managing Director in 1995 and 2003 respectively. Currently, he hold directorships in certain subsidiary companies and associate companies within UMS Group and several other private limited companies.

3) Indirect/deemed interest through shares and warrants held in NGT Holdings Sdn Bhd (1,123,715 Ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each and 210,696 warrants).
