1985 to 1992:- Wardley Investment Services (Hong Kong) Ltd., Director and Chief Regional Strategist (Asia ex Japan markets).
1993:- established Asian business of TCW Asia Limited, introducing Asian and Emerging markets capability to US pension funds.
1996-1999:- established Gadek Asset Management ("Gadek"), Managing Director.
1999 to 2006:- Co-founded Pan Asia Capital Management Ltd. and held the position of Co-Principal and Director.
2002:- Co-founded Sakura Management Limited, Hong Kong.
Present:- Non Executive Chairman and principal shareholder of an asset management company in Malaysia, Adviser to a Malaysian based private equity management company and a director of several other private companies.
