Mr. Eric Sow Yong Shing joined Shantawood Sdn. Bhd. ( a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPS Resources Berhad) as an assistant supervisor after completing his studies in 1998. He was subsequently promoted to the post of Assistant to Production Director in 2005.
