Upon Graduation in 1983, Ms. Toh Kian Beng joined a local accounting firm for one and half years. She joined Teo Guan Lee Group in 1985 and is responsible for the overall administrative, financial, planning and management of the Group. She is also involved in identifying new business ventures development and further expansion of the Group.

Ms Toh Kian Beng is the daughter of Dato' Toh Peng Hoe and Mdm Lau Soo Hiang, major shareholders of the Company.
Ms Toh Kian Beng is the sister of:-
- Mr Toh Choon Kiat and Mr Toh Choon Guan, the Executive Directors of the Company; and
- Mr Toh Choon Neng and Mr Toh Choon Meng, of which are the major shareholders of the Company.
Ms Toh Kian Beng has indirect interest in Teo Guan Lee Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Toh Peng Hoe Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and Ideal Structure Sdn. Bhd., of which are the major shareholders of the Company.
Ms Toh Kian Beng has indirect interest in Melodi Ragam Sdn. Bhd., a shareholder of the Company.
