Mr. Ng started his career as an engineer in Yano Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd where he was involved in the metal stamping and assembly processes for video players and car stereos. In 1997, he joined Promooi Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd as a Manager and his responsibilities include overseeing the overall production activities and business development of the company.
Mr. Ng co-founded Rapid Growth Technology Sdn Bhd [RGTSB] with his other partners on 25 July 1997, and he was appointed as the Non-Executive Director. He assumed the position of Executive Director of RGTSB in 2004 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2010. He is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of RGTSB.
